As of January 24, 2018 Ukraine has exported 23.07 million tons of grain since the beginning of 2017/18 MY, which is 2.37 million tons less than for the same period last year.
Exports of wheat for the reporting period amounted to 11.99 million tons, which is 462 thousand tons less than for the same period last year.
According to the report, since the beginning of 2017/18 MY, Ukraine has exported 3.93 million tons of barley (-482 thousand tons) and 7.06 million tons of corn (-1.37 million tons). Exports of rye amounted to 13.2 thousand tons.
It bears reminding that following the results of the first half of 2017/18 MY, India is on the 8th position in the list of importers of the Ukrainian wheat with an import volume of 500 thousand tons, which is 20% of the forecasted imports into this country by the end of the season.
