Production work of the director of elevators “Optimusagro Trade”

The last summer month is the time to summarize 2018/19 marketing year (hereinafter referred to as the MY).

At the end of each MY, Optimusagro Trade gathers all the elevator directors for a production meeting. This year’s meeting was held on the 8th of August in a stylish, new, and what is more, mega-comfortable Soft Work co-working platform for the most successful people in Dnipro.At the beginning of the meeting, the issues of the company brand promotion were discussed, and Victoria Zelena, PR Manager, proposed ideas on employees’ outfit modernization.

Another issue for consideration was proposed by Tetiana Litvinenko, HR Manager, concerning the discussion of successful job closing at enterprises and retention of employees.

The keynote report in the first session was the speech of Anna Pozhidaieva, Personnel and Organizational Development Director, who told the elevator directors about budgeting for financial needs to cover staff costs for the next year, 2020.

In the second session, Maxim Konopatenko, Operations Department Director, Andrii Kolomoiets, Operations Department Deputy Director, and Olga Zhygan, Quality Department Director, summarized the work of elevators for 2018/19 MY.The key issues on the agenda were the quality of new crop cereals, the shipment of agricultural crops by rail and the settlement of elevators operation at ineffective stations, the procurement process for cereals and oilseeds, and plans for 2019/20 MY.
